What’s been happening on Hideaway?

November 14, 2016 - By admin - Uncategorized

img_06681The last few weeks have seen us with our annual school holiday groups from New Zealand. Kamo Intermetiate, Te Teko, Kamo again and Te Puke. The kids are involved in all kinds of activities from crab hunting to cultural and educational exchanges with the local schools. Te Keko treated all the staff and other guests to a concert and haka with Kamo Group 2, smashing it out on the beach with a Beach Volley Ball game with some of our Australian guests. Good times on Hideaway Island!

  1. Sue McIntyre says:

I was fortunate enough to share this piece of paradise with this group of young people and their carers. I would like all those concerned and the kids themselves to know how amazing I thought they all were. Most pleasant, respectful, well behaved large group that I have had the pleasure of enjoying their company.

    Keep up the great work!

    Sincerely,
    Sue McIntyre
